With the popularization of the non-contact IC card system, data security issues havebecome increasingly prominent because of the logic encryption card design defect,restricting its further development. According to the security vulnerabilities of the cardsystem based on the logic encryption card, this paper given the campus RFID-SIM cardsystem framework, this card integrated CPU module, SIM card module and Mifaremodule. The system has the high integration and high-security, consists of the databaseserver, data acquisition boards, RFID-SIM card reader. Summaried the data storagestructure, the card data reference method, file control information, read-write commandsof the APDU application protocol message based on the RFID-SIM card reader;Summaried the message format of the RFID-SIM module card connection, connectionrelease, card status query and data read-write, and applied development; Given the varietyof Data structure,data read-write C language program based on C51microcontroller andaccording with APDU specification, the design of card reader hardware circuit; Designedhardware circuit of the acquisition board based on the Ethernet interface chip ENC28J60,given the the chip initialization program, data transmitting and receiving program, TCP/IPdata transmission of the acquisition boards. Implemented read and write operations ofRFID-SIM card,data acquisition and upload of the data acquisition board to achieve therequirements of the preliminary design.
