Project Quality Management Research About PUMCH’s CIS Project

With the development of information technology, information systems play an increasingly important role in the operating of hospital. The hospital information system as the entire business process integration into the hospital, involved in all aspects of information systems, has made important contributions to improve the operating efficiency of the hospital, and to improve the quality of medical care. However, in the hospital information system construction process, because the hospital information construction project has the quality characteristic and general product or service is different, in the quality management, the modern enterprise quality management theory and technology tools is difficult to be used directly. These problems restrict the hospital information system for hospital development promoter action, make the hospital informationization development encountered bottleneck.Capability Maturity Model (Capability Maturity Model:CMM) is a method of used to evaluate the software contracting ability and help them to improve the quality of software, it is based on the past all software engineering process improvement results, absorb the traditional software engineering experiences and lessons, provide the framework based on process improvement. CMM indicated the an organization in the software development aspects need to manage what are the main work, the relationship between the work, and in what order, step by step to do and make software organization maturity. The thought of CMM can effectively solve the hospital informationization project quality management problem.First, this paper introduces the current China’s large-scale integrated hospital information construction project challenges faced, used to improve software enterprise product quality process management system CMM standards and related concepts. Secondly, according to the Beijing union medical college hospital in CIS project quality problems of, the use of contrast, data analysis and other methods to the software project quality management to carry on the thorough analysis, points out that the hospital in the organization structure, personnel management, process control and so on the problems and the reasons.
