With the rapid development of computer technology and the Internet into the commercial and social application stage, the type of equipment, the number of more and more effectively collect, and how to take advantage of the advanced network technology and the ever-changing computer equipment to handle these devices, the establishment of information technologyas the core of the management system, to reduce the data processing burden of management and operational staff, and greatly improve the the equipment management efficiency and management tools, and has become the trend of today’s society. The large modern Institute information management system, equipment management system is regarded as the most important. With the continuous development of science and technology, production equipment increasingly mechanized, automated, large-scale, high-speed and complexity of the role and influence of the equipment in the modern industrial production also increased because the equipment is the main body in the factory production in the whole process of industrial production the increasing dependence equipment. Equipment management of the system, the process involved over a broad area. So, the computer information technology and combined with the application of modern management techniques, is an inevitable trend. Accurate, fast computer information processing, combining scientific management techniques, allows companies to accomplish more work with minimal human largely to ensure the accuracy of the information.This management system mainly uses the Python language development, application design object-oriented programming method, is a SQLite-based database management system, convenient for small business office equipment management, operation than friendly interface, simple operation. The system can be combined in any Windows environment corresponding conditions of the software can be run to combine python easier to operate and run Linux comes under linux, and simple operation.Made according to the actual findings related to the pre-requirements analysis and feasibility analysis, combined with the modular concept of the system, the system is divided into a system management module, asset management modules, files, settings module, and query and report module four functional modules,asset information management features include:asset information to add, delete, modify and query capabilities. Asset change management features include:change the information on the assets to add, delete, and query functions, the existing assets queries features include: query and export functionality of the statements of existing assets and assets increase or decrease query features include:assets query function increases and decreases recorded asset lending query features include:the query function record lending and return on assets. Asset repair query features include:the query function on asset repair and complete repair records. File settings management features include:editing functions for equipment use, equipment category, equipment increase and reduce the way.
