| Material plan management is the management of the enterprise for a construction industry materials and supplies. It mainly consists of three aspects:material applications, material procurement plan and material supply plan. For Material plan management, it should mainly include internal materials inventory and allocation of items for a construction enterprise as well as the whole enterprise internal materials collection of management. In terms of an enterprise in the construction industry, materials management is one of its most important management. How to better manage enterprise internal material has become a problem which many enterprises are facing now. Because with the enterprise continues to expand, the number of subsidiaries and branches is rising, the increase of features project department and different parts of the project on the increase makes the whole material between the company management more complex. The old management pattern already can’t adapt to the development of modernization and management needs of internal materials for the building enterprise.This paper mainly adopts MVC architectural pattern for system design, and uses JSP and Java development language, use of object-oriented technology, constructs a management system of China Railway Materials plan which meet client requirements and has good performance based on B/S architectural pattern. This article mainly introduces the design and implementation process of management system of China Railway Materials planning. First of all, this article briefly describes the development background of China Railway Materials planning management system and present situation of domestic and decides the target which the system will achieve and significance of the system after implementation and that it briefly introduces the major work of this article and the organizational structure of this article. Secondly, this article makes the detailed requirements elicitation for the engineering construction enterprises. It mainly contains requirements elicitation of system functions, access to basic information for data types that are involved in system, and render as text and tables, determines the System User role accordance with requirements elicitation, makes detailed presentation for the system’s role, and then carries out a detailed use case description on the important function of the module within the system. Again, according to the detailed requirements elicitation and analysis of management system of China Railway Materials plan, this paper carries out a detailed design for each functional module the system to be implemented, based on the UML class diagram and sequence diagram it describes in detail and in the last gave the basic SQL SERVER2005system database design. Finally this article made a detailed description of the implementation of the system and displays some system features’ interface and major code implementation on system implementation.Eventually, the system realizes China Railway Materials project management needs, realizes the setting and maintain for the basic information of entire company, realizes the management in material applications plan, Material procurement plan and material supply plan throughout the material plan process, greatly facilitates the management of the entire enterprise, provides a convenient way to program management for the entire enterprise in material, and increases operational efficiency of the enterprise and enterprise-wide benefits. The operation of the system is basically satisfied with China’s iron user demand, realizes reasonable and efficient management for China railway group enterprise internal material plan, and greatly improves the enterprise internal material management. And it makes the material management transparent and efficient, improving the entire enterprise work efficiency and the interests of the enterprise. |
