With the rapid development of information technology, the petrochemical enterprises, as one of the pillar industries for national economy, need to improve the level of informationization, achieve the modernization of management and scientific decision-making, in order to gain market foothold and be more competitive for future marketing strategy. In the various production processes of Shengli Oilfield, the inspection, storage, management and distribution process of production materials and equipments is still conducted manually. Those processes'flow speed, time, accuracy, costs, and other aspects need to be improved. With the informationization of oil field, how to improve the management level of oil production of petrochemical enterprises through modern management and information technology has become a key issue.After the analysis of various types of storage management processes at home and abroad, this paper presents the "MRP System for Shengli Olifield", based on the project "Management informationization Project of Shengli Oilfield". Depend on this system we can efficiently using the information resource to support the standardization management of MRP business and improve the level of decision-making. On the other hand, this system can provide a strong technique guarantee for the rapid developmentof the petrochemical enterprises.Firstly, the objectives and significance of this study is presented, with the introduction of the background, current situation and the construction blueprint of informationization construction of Shengli oil field. Then, the key technologies used in the MRP System, such as MRP, .Net Framework and Web Service are introduced. After that, the control flow of MRP System is analyzed. The following part layouts the MRP System, evaluates the technology and analyzes the run-time environment and introduces the .NET Framework and the program development depends on it. And, the implementation of main fuction modules of the system is described. The final chapter part is the summary.
