The Analysis And Design Of B/S Architecture OA System For The Small And Medium-sized Enterprise

With the increase of information requirement, traditional information communication means can not meet the needs to transfer and deal with the mass information for the business. So it is necessary to apply the internet techniques to the business. However, the application of office network and office management satisfy the requirement of internet office and office automation which can improve the business management, accelerate the circulation of the information, ensure the effective use of information and enhance the competitiveness of the business.Business office automation system can connect the business informational management with internet office through the use of communication technique according to the business requests. It can strengthen the business competitiveness and improve the company’s ability of management and achieve the information sharing at the same time. It can also avoid the digital divide and information island.This paper studies the implementation procedure of the system according to the design requirements of the system. This paper firstly defines the exploitation background of the system and explain the study direction of the system.through the study of the business requirements of the users, it raise a proposal for application, divides the functions of the system, ensure the functional module and describes the functional module in details with examples. Secondly, through the study of the frame of the system, it fixes on the techniques of the system and describes the achievements of the business functions and the tests of the system.B/S OA system of the medium-sized and small enterprises mentioned in the paper use ASP.NET dynamic network technique and Microsoft SQL Server MYSQL and C#as the language of the system. They combine the LINQ and JavaScript technique and B/S module structure to design such functions as individual information block, information management block, document management block, attendance management block and background management block. With the compact structure, complete functions, brief table, easy operation and simple management, the system can satisfy the OA requirements of the medium-sized and small enterprises, save the office expenses, improve the effectiveness and the business management.
