Design And Implementation Of The Universities’ Challenge Cup Information Systems Based On MVC Model

With the rapid development of information technology, university information system has been gradually developed through the integration of information resources and information services integration at digital campus construction phase. In order to satisfy the requirement of college students to participate in extra-curricular academic contest or other technology works contest management, increase the enthusiasm of the students to participate in extra-curricular academic competitions, this article discusses design and implementation of the Universities’ Challenge Cup Information Systems, which based on MVC model to improve the maintainability and scalability of the system.By a University Challenge Cup PMO’s commission, we conduct in-depth research for school Challenge Cup project management, on this basis the University Challenge works management information system was designed and implemented. In the design and implementation of the system, primarily designed to achieve a personal information management, Challenge Cup works declare, works management, user management, Challenge Cup management, system management and so on. System design using ASP.NET technology, MVC three-tier B/S architecture-based applications using the currently popular, high coupling, low cohesion design makes the system has good maintainability and scalability. System database selected SQL Server2005, as outstanding representatives of the relational database management system, to provide additional security support for the system data. At the same time, the system is committed to provide a good user interactive experience for the user, simple user interface, elegant UI design, the user can declare the work complete works by a simple operation, and is generated by the automation of the declaration, greatly improving the work reporting efficiency. It has been tested that the system runs stable, with fast responding time, error-free business logic, and meeting the business needs of the users.The establishment of the college Challenge Cup information management systems solves the current inefficient management problem of University Challenge Cup works, project reporting standard, at the same time, not only provides a highly efficient, standardized management tools fo. the University Challenge Cup competition works to encourage college students to participate in extra-curricular activities of science and technology competitions, but also provides a realistic, meaningful template for academic competitions and research report.
