Currently, fire safety services occupational groups of fire safety has become an important force in socialization. Improving the fire safety industry unique career staff and prepare professional quality of employees is very important to the level of fire safety in the whole society, and it is an important part of the fire education that can’t be ignored. Fire of vocational education and training and professional certification is playing a significant role to improve the operational capacity of the fire practitioners and the ability of the social fire safety prevention and control, and to consolidate the social base of the fire work. Network teaching platform applications for improving the efficiency of the fire education has an important significance.Systems research background and significance and development in the world is described in the paper, the main research content is given, in the paper system development methods and related technologies are described. Paper is based on the background of Guizhou Provincial Fire Brigade training base network teaching platform development, use structured systems development methods, combined with the principles and methods of software engineering, network teaching platform of the Guizhou Provincial Fire Brigade training base requirements analysis and system design. Detailed research system in the requirements analysis phase, the main content of the network teaching is divided into course management, course authoring, network teaching classes management, learning center, the system’s five main functions of business processes are described in detail by diagram method and the non-functional requirements of the system are given. In the system design phase, the overall design goals of the system is given, the system function module divided, and from the input, processing, output, report four aspects of the system features modular design are given, the system design of the database is given from the structural design of database concepts and database logic structure design. The end of the paper is a summary and outlook, to describe the operation of the system, and the proposed system inadequacies.The system uses Visual Studio2010development platform and SQL Server2008database management system, and completes a more comprehensive analysis and design of network teaching platform.
