Machine tool motion control and processing digital signals, promoting the development of machine tool automation. Double loop through this article on DC motor control, communication systems, single-chip microcomputer technology and fuzzy control in the status quo of the development of specific expositions, integrated automation of machine tool development situation, presented during the processing of machine tools, require high performance controllable electric drive and reverse run frequently, in order to minimize the braking process time, productivity is essential, and so on. Therefore, this article used SCM fuzzy PID control of double loop DC motor speed control of DC motors run may make its processing sound, braking performance, smooth speed on a wide scale. Among them, two closed-loop DC speed control system design, solves the machine start-up process, the mediating role of the current negative feedback and speed feedback, improving production quality, conserve energy, reduce costs, and so on. This pair of closed-loop DC speed control system for the study of objects, as follows:First, similar topics are discussed in domestic and international research and development trend, introduced double-loop control systems, microprocessor, communications and fuzzy control in the areas of research.Second, double-loop DC drive system for the study of objects, elaborated on the system's hardware design and functional design of single-chip controller.Third, microcontroller and RS-485 communications research design.Fourth, application of fuzzy control algorithm.Fifthly, conduct experiments and tests carried out according to this study, a theoretical analysis, combined with the SCM features, on the selected algorithm improvement research, and MATLAB.
