| Laser technology is a high-technology. It plays a important role in military, defense, industrial, medical and other fields. So it is more important to measure and analyze its parameters of laser Set, and the Measuring instruments should be more advance.The method of photoelectric sensor array measurement is a new method of measuring laser spot. The design and measurement of a photoelectric sensor array system is introduced in this paper. Laser bean irradiates the photoelectric sensor array and forms a spot. The photoelectric sensor array converts various location of enegy into225channels electrical signals. These analog signals are sampled and converted into digital signals parallelly, and then all sample data are divided into9groups, data of each group are processed by a set of circuit consisted of FPGA and DSP. And after the signal processing, all data are transmitted to the console. The console processes the data recieved further, fits out the energy distribution images for the laser spot, calculates the parameters of the laser spot and shows us the performance of laser. With the merits of high SNR, response to high speed narrow pulse, accurate measuring the time sequence of laser and direct measuring the laser spot, the method of photoelectric sensor array measurement has the ability of measuring the energy for the laser spot accurately, the parameters and performance of the laser obtained are more accurate.The hardware design and signal processing of its parts are introduced in detail in the paper, and shows us the results of the whole system measurement and some parts of it. The performance of the system verifies correct. |
