Multi-channel laser radar echo digital technology can be used in complex target detection and full waveform analysis,high-speed multi-channel laser echo digital technology is an important means of the target detection and feature analysis of objects.Appling switching capacitor array technology to laser echo digital,can significantly improve the radar echo digital capabilities.In this paper,the high-speed multi-channel echo digitalization technology based on switched capacitor array is studied,and the echo digital circuit is designed.The performance of the circuit is tested and analyzed,which provides the basis for the design and performance improvement of the multichannel radar system.In this paper,the radar echo digital technology is introduced,and then the application of switched capacitor array technology in multi-channel lidar is analyzed.This paper introduced the method of digitizing the echoes of traditional LIDARs,and introduced the principle and application of the switched capacitor array technology,and put forward a new digital radar technology for multiple laser radar echoes.A multivariate laser echo digital circuit based on switched capacitor array is designed.The sampling circuit was tested by using the high precision sine signal.The results show that the echo digital circuit based on switched capacitor array can realize the sampling rate of up to 5GSPS,and one single chip can realize the echo digitization of 8 channels.The echo digital result is compared with the high-speed oscilloscope,and the circuit's sampling result is better.The effective number of bits of the digital circuit are calculated by the standard sinusoidal signal fitting method.The number of effective digits of the waveform of the circuit is 7.6 Bits,compared to the existing high-speed ADC chip,the echo digital circuit has a higher effective number of bits.Finally,the laser signal test system is set up,the laser is used to illuminate the photodetector,and the output signal of the photodetector is sampled.The sampling result is compared with the high-speed oscilloscope.The sampling results are the same.The waveform digital circuit is used to measure the rise time of the laser signal accurate.This work laid the foundation for the design of multivariate lidar and the data processing of laser echo signal.
