In this age of the impressive function of the opinion of the public, the explosion of the information, and everlastingly new things are frequently found. In this case, it is the research based on public attitude that literally become a popular thing which is extremely popular in China, no matter which part of this country and no matter when. Human being is always the center of the designing service, and the subject of researching or being researched. Consequently, grabbing the changeable attitude of social group rapidly, meeting their demanding, conducting their consuming activity have becoming the substantial assignment of the designers. The process of the research is exceedingly complicated and never failed to take the designers several weeks, months, and even years. Besides the tremendous time consumed, in order to serve the people, they would have to utilize the researching tools, such as electronic questionnaire, internet survey, eye movement instrument, digital voice recorder, etc, to simplify the researching process, to analyze the statistic and thus to achieve the accurate outcome, since it is easy for designers to draw a incorrect conclusion by only depending on the feeling or perspective of themselves. The inconvenience in the use of the background management of the E-questionnaire system stimulates me to invent the auxiliary tool of user survey. With the careful analysis of the practical demanding of the designers, as well as improving and draw lessons from the E-questionnaire system, I originally invent a novel auxiliary tool, which put an emphasis on realizing the original design of the auxiliary tool of user survey from the prospective of the information architecture and interaction design. Therefore, I unshakably hold the viewpoint that it will overwhelmingly facilitate the user survey. My paper is stratified into five stages, including:(1) Pointing out questions. According to my practical experience, I attempt to find out drawbacks of the old system, to analyze the root of the problem and finally to put forward a new plan about the auxiliary tool of user survey.(2) Solving the problem. After the intensive investigation, careful competitive analysis,I, ultimately, find that the difficulty in the use of the background management of the E-questionnaire system is general among people. Furthermore, by using observation method, comparative induction method, questionnaire survey, interviewing experts, I successfully enhanced the quality and convenience of the product. Eventually, I apply those outstanding points into other fields, and therefore discuss the feasibility of the digital network, seriously.(3) Carrying out a survey of the new tool and assessing the demand for it. In this part, I, thoroughly, investigate the demand for the product, matching functions, dissembling them and finally made a detailed list (in which I highlight the priority of them, in order to perfect the new products by steps or stages gradually in the future).(4) Information Architecture and designing the new production. Based on the fundamental theory of information architecture, I try to analyze and improve the new product and then transfer the idea of consumer centered into my product.(5) The expression of the interaction design of the tool. Using the principle of web design for reference, I design the new product on the basis of the information architecture of it. Moreover, by establishing the Axure cross prototype, I make the design rather suitable and convenient for the users.Taking the particularity of the users and designers into account, there are several weakness in my paper. First, the number of the users tested is limited, and thus the amount of sample is not enough. However, with the scientific sampling method, I put my heart and soul into reducing the deviation of the investigation. Second, owing to the variety of the products, further efforts are need to be taken to specify and reinforce the pertinency of the new tool.
