With the continuous development of science and technology, Modern equipment automation degree is more and more high。At present, Advanced electronics assembly has been generally adopted the surface mount technology (SMT), chip mounter is the most key SMT production line equipment。Our chip mounters mostly are imported from abroad, top and middle grade chip mounters basically are foreign monopoly。 According to this situation, We are developing a high-precision ultra-high speed, long service life and low cost chip mounter, in order to break the foreign monopoly and fill the domestic blank, Provide comprehensive innovative solutions for the enterprisein the process of production with quality、efficiency、cost。This paper is a domestic one high precision ultra-high speed chip mounter beam as the research object, Through the motion law of beam and beam to chip mounter precision impact study, Design and optimize the structure of the beam, Make the beam get the chip mounter required dynamic performance, The main research content is as follows:1. Classify the existing chip mounter structure, At present chip mounter structure basically has the following kinds:turret, arch frame, compound, and large parallel system。And analyze and compare the chip mounter structure characteristics, Choose the appropriate x-y axis motion structure and driving mode.2.
