In this paper, it is modeling according to the business process ofnews management system and applied the data structure in the development process of newsmanagement system. The system functions include display platform and managementplatform two parts. The user types are divided into ordinary users and system administrator.The whole parts of news mode sum up to MYSQL database, and use PHP to develop softwarein system. The main interface of the system is mainly showed news, news retrieval, imageinformation, user registration login, and related links. Background management is not onlyoptimizing the system management itself but also distinguish purview between the newsadministrator and system administrator. If the news manager did not give special command,the system will be required to clean up automatically overdue content to ensure the efficiencyof the news according to certain time. Compared to traditional news site, this system is moreconvenient and more humanized. It will achieve many functions include dynamic propagation, image promotion, and outside media multidirectional communication of garment departmentin Liaoning Art College.
