With the development of computers and communication technology, computer networktechnology has penetrated into various applications. The use of internet is spreading so fastespecially because of the TCP/IP agreement. Database application system has also developedfrom the traditional development model into the network environment development model. It isthe network nature of the mobile phone operating system that makes it necessary to be in front ofthe network.This paper mainly studies the main business and work flow between servers and businesshalls in mobile phone system. The multi-level mobile phone operating system based on C/Smodel is designed and realized by using the software engineering thinking, technology principleand development tools of software project. The biggest characteristic of this system is adoptingthe multi-level network model and adding middle layer between clients and database servers toseparate data processing parts. Three logical levels are user interface layer, business processinglayer and database storage layer, and the business processing layer is divided into multilayersystem structure according to the different function and purpose.In the organizational structure, this paper first introduces related technology used to designand realize the mobile phone information management system. Then in order to have overallgrasp of the system from the system function, the overall framework to system subsequentexpansion, the paper finished requirement analysis work. They mainly include the functionrequirement analysis; database requirement analysis and performance requirements analysisthree aspects. The overall design and detailed design of the system are introduced in the next partof this paper. The system main modules are determined and they are business acceptancemodule, interactive server module, business processing module, billing server module anddatabase server module. These modules realize hall assistants login, mobile phone users fees,account, professional service function and so on. It adopts flexible medium-sized softwaredevelopment approach to design.In implementation phase, the system realizes interactions between servers and clients andremote operations based on TCP/IP by using network programming interface and Java RMI. Then this paper describes the testing phase. It mainly completed the three aspects: unit testing,integration testing and system test. The aim of the unit test is to ensure the normal running of asingle module and to test the interface, grammar, data, logic structure, boundary processing andfunction of the module. Integration testing mainly completed the test for overall run-time error ofthe system. In this system, the main test is about network communication and database access.System test is mainly to test the execution efficiency of the program. Finally, this paper wassummarized and pointed out more research work.This mobile phone business management system is fully functional and all businessfunctions are realized. It can achieve the design requirements and functional indices in basicfunction, operation efficiency and performance aspect. The system can be successfullycompleted business operation and has certain actual application value.
