Construction And Research Of Integrated Management Information System Of Jilin Expressway

At present, there has been13highway in Jilin Province, the province’s totalmileage has reached2,252kilometers,the total mileage will reach3,600kilometers in2020.In order to ensure the efficient operation of the highway, we must use moderninformation technologies to establish Highway Integrated Management InformationSystem, in order to bring together and integrate the various information resources anddata of the highway in Jilin Province and the sharing of informationresources,interconnection and exchange.It has significance to solve "information anddata island" phenomenon between the various system to avoid the subsystemindependent construction of the various departments and a lack of holistic andsystemic.Firstly analysis of the information needs of the production process in JilinProvince Highway and the basic environmental needs of Executives Bureauinformation construction,the need for integrated management information system forR&D highway is discussed,on this basis,"2Platform","3-class System","2Portal"and "3Systems" are constructed for the basic framework of the IntegratedManagement Information System of Jilin Province Highway.The security system oftechnical standards and the security system of information technology constructionand maintenance are put forward and the Integrated Management Information Systemof Jilin Province Highway is designed and developed to achieve videosurveillance,management fees and call acceptance.Finally,the implementation of thestrategy,implementation procedures and systems operation and maintenance arediscussed to ensure that the system play an effective role.
