Along with the high-speed railway construction has been accelerating and extension of network coverage along the railway communication has become the now high-speed railway the urgent needs of construction, how to ensure that under the condition of high speed railway mobile communications business normal work is the key research. This paper use of TD-SCDMA network and the existing GSM network resources, study the TD-SCDMA network and the GSM network combination of high-speed rail network planning and optimization method, design the GSM/TD-SCDMA network coverage model of high speed railway, for our country under the environment of high speed railway construction and cover the wireless network provides guidance and reference.This paper first introduces the high-speed railway coverage of the basic features of, key technology and development. And then a deep analysis of the high speed wireless network covers private network scheme and technical features of the advantages are given, and gives the detailed parameter setting scheme.Second, through the introduction of the high-speed railway environment, train index, covering the doppler frequency shift, base station setting, analyzes the environment of high speed railway under the influence of the wireless network coverage, from network scheme, antenna selection and equipment parameter setting and so on each aspect, puts forward the high-speed railway wireless network covering whole solution. This paper selects the beijing-tianjin high-speed railway test, the beijing-tianjin high-speed railway as from Beijing south station to tianjin of the beijing-tianjin inter-city rail transit station project, the article is China’s first construction of high-grade inter-city railway, a speed of300kilometers, is the Olympic complete project of China railway and modernized demonstration project. On one hand, the test section along the GSM network and td-scdma network for the planning and optimization.
