Today competition in media has become more and more competitive. It is an crucial problem to news broadcast of Liaoning Radio Station as to how to survive and progress in the market. Research on Blue Ocean Strategy of broadcast frequency still stays at basic phase, which is a process in practice to seek the communication with concerned academic theories. At present, there are16broadcast frequencies within Liaoning province, each of which is trying to increase the rate of audience and the market quota. In order to rank the top in the fierce competition in the market, news broadcast in Liaoning Radio Station must regulate the present market strategy, turning Red Ocean Strategy into Blue Ocean Strategy and constructing new thoughts and framework for the further development so as to own its place in the future radio media market in Liaoning and become the only leader.The thesis consists of six parts. The first part is the introductory part to the research background and its significance, showing the research methods, the general structure of the contents and the general condition of the news broadcast in Liaoning Radio Station. Then there are parts about theories which is based on the introduction to Blue Ocean Strategy. The five part is the specific research on the Blue Ocean strategy. Based on the interior and exterior analysis, this part makes the detailed analysis on the future strategies and points out the development direction and the according specific methods about the Blue Ocean Strategy.
