The traditional power supply and distributing test equipment was designedaccording to one satellite, The test equipment is numerous, the physical volume ishuge,openness and vivid is limit, these make it hard to do the equipments class inuniversal purpose. If it is used to other satellite, it must be repaired, which will last along time, and make it difficult to be used in another test system quickly,and to meetthe need for the development of aerospace currently. Automate and intelligence is nothigh, which let it depend on artificial operation as principle, the possibility of mistakeoperation compares greatly, the quantity of the job is heavy, and the capability of datamanagement is not strong.This topic in view of the traditional equipment situation, has designed a set newlyfor the power distribution test facility, this equipment is composed by the hardware andthe software two parts.The Hardware part adopts the programmable logicalcontroller.It will be logic operation, sequential control,timing,counting,arithmetic andother control procedures,in the form of a string of instructions stored in thememory.Then the basis memory control content,input/output units and so on processsimulation,numeral,carry on the control to the production equipment and theproduction process.This design uses PLC module structure,composed of the systemwith the building-block approach.The design uses Siemens PLC SIMATIC S7-300series,it is mainly formed by the PS307,CPU313-2DP power supply module andDI/DO module,and according to the actual need to increase the peripheral circuits andadditional power.This design is convenient and flexible way to the hardwareconfiguration,the module’s use of so much choice,repair,replace the module,todetermine fault coverage is also very convenient.In addition,its small size,the wiring isalso very convenient to transport and installation process to reduce the burden of many.Software by lower computer software,PC software and remote communicationsoftware.Lower computer software using Simens STEP7,used to complete the hardwareconfiguration,and programming;PC software using Siemens WinCC6,used tocomplete the configuration of the computer monitor screen and programming,completereal-time capture,archive,print,alarm and monitoring functions;communicationssoftware with OPC technology,remote communication function.New for power distribution test facility, process development, simulation, test,experiment, finally completed its all functions, the target has satisfied the design request,and has obtained the good effect in the practical application.The new test equipment forpower distribution equipment to achieve a modular,standardized,small;to achieve a device for remote monitoring,automatic alarm and test functions unattended site;highnoise immunity in industrial field bus,Immunity to new equipment and data transferrates are increased dramatically.
