In vivo bioluminescence imaging (BLI) is emerging in recent years, bio-optical invivo imaging technique that can be non-destructive real-time dynamic monitoring oflabeled cells in small animal in vivo for tumor detection, protein detection, drugscreening and evaluation of drug efficiency has great potential applications.This paper mainly introduced the BLI in the basic rationale for imaging systems,the system of the composition of the experimental process, such as on the basicconcepts of BLI imaging. In C++and Qt programming environment implementbioluminescence imaging system’s basic function, including image preprocessing,image display, fluorescentimages of pseudo-color processing, image and fluorescentwhite light image fusion.Through the pseudo-color processing and image fusion resultsshow that the integration of image than the original image contains more information,more suitable for observation of human, can help researchers more accurately make theright judgments, to draw more scientific conclusions.
