Design And Implementation Of The Tax Source Management System For Real Estate And Construction

To strengthen the management and tax collection of both construction industry andreal estate, the two important tax sources in business tax, and to further implement themanagement philosophy of Tax administration legalization, tax informationmanagement and tax prosperity with service, this software is developed to helpXianyang Local Tax Department with the tax increase and efficiency improvement.In this paper, an instruction is first given to describe the associated theory andtechnology which is the basis of system function and performance requirement,secondly an description of system design, architecture with its achievement, methods ofsystem building and development process is shown. This system, with its J2EEMulti-frame and ORACLE Data base, successfully becomes the tax sourcesmanagement system on the basis of both B/S enterprise side and tax side. Finally thefunctionality and performance of the system is verified by system test.The practical application of this system is in its process in XianYang Local Taxationnowadays and achieves the desired goals by the management of real estate andconstruction industries report and project management.Fortunately I take participation in this project to design the system and realize thesoftware of enterprise side with the Target. Therefore this paper is mainly to give thedescription of enterprise side design and the primary function realization.
