Design And Implementation Of Airport VIP Service System About Communication Operator

In recent year, the application of OCSS(online customer-service system) is moreand more popular in modern enterprise with the higher efficiency and convenience.Meanwhile, the mobile communications industry is developing rapidly in recent years,VIP has formed a certain scale, telecom operators need an efficient service platform forVIP.However,the OCSS which is customized by VIP is rare in the market.According to the practicle requirement, the combination of Use case diagram andData flow diagram illustrates the general requirement by analyzing the correspondingpurview of customer and the mission targets of Airport VIP Service System. Then,based on this requirement analysis,both of the system structure and database areanalyzed and designed. Thus, the Airport VIP Service System is completed all.Our syestem is based on SSH, and implemented with five-layers achitecture. Theclient is displayed with WEB style, by using the JSP technique. The view layer isdeveloped in Sturts frame, under the MVC pattern. The business logic layer is utilizedSpring technique which is a lightweight level architecture. For processing the data ofOCSS, we apply the Hibernate which is Object-Relation mapping scheme to operatethe relational database. The Oracle database is selected as our back-end database with astable and reliable performance.The evaluation result indicates that the VIP user can benifit from our system with aconvenient and rapid service. Meanwhile, the overheads of Telecommunication ServiceProvider is decreased significantly. So, the competitive power is improved naturally.
