Design And Implementation Of Data Quality Health Check System

On the base of several years of taxation informationzation experience, the secondand third phase of China’s Golden Taxation Project has proposed the general goal，basic principal and content of taxation informationzation. During the process of taxationinformationzation, both the calculation of the tax income and Tax-checking samplingdepend on data quality. As the development of the informationzation, the requirement ofdata analysis increases. However, missing data and low quality dada will block thedevalopment of these applications through ineffective data analysis results. Data qualitycheck system can improve the data quality and support the taxationadministration information system through real time monitoring and optimizing thedata.On the base of analysis of system frame and function requirement, system interfaceand development and runtime environment through ECF frame under the considerationof integration, advancement, openness, reliability, security, extend ability,standardization, this paper design and realize the data quality test system,. In addition,this paper design and realize five function modules: system administration, checkingitem definition, doubtful data analysis, doubtful data statistic andBackground administration.The data quality check system can not only improve the tax data quality, but alsothe veracity of tax statistic, tax analysis, tax forecast and decision. The monitoring oftax fund, tax payment, invoice are also strengthened.
