Research On Doppler Sensitivity Of Long Coded Signal

Because of the advantages of long coded signals such as anti-jamming, lowprobability of interception, easy to produce and implement agility of code patterns, itspopularity in radar application is increasing, and has aroused widespread concern andresearch both domestically and abroad. However, long coded signals are sensitive to theDoppler shift during the process of radar signal processing, thus research on andanalysis of the Doppler sensitivity of the long encoded signal has also become a hottopic.Several important radar signal processing theories and the characteristics of twolong coded signals are first introduced in this paper; Then the sensitivity of Doppler andthe concept of Doppler tolerance by analyzing the sensitivity of Doppler of the two longcoded signals is also introduced; Secondly, two commonly used methods for Dopplerfrequency compensation are put forward and the MATLAB simulation results are given;Then the detailed comparative analysis and simulation on the performance andcomputational measure of the two kinds of Doppler frequency compensation methodsare carried out. Finally, the summary of long coded signal Doppler sensitivity and theoutlook for this research are expounded.
