Design And Implementation Of On-line Tax Declaration System Based On SOA

With the fast development and wide spread application of the network andinformation technology, the tax bureaus are constructing the revenue informationsystem in every tax department. The On-line tax declaration is the focal point in theinformation system. Service oriented architecture (SOA) is a new software architecturefor distributed software development, and because it has good loose coupling, andplatform independent properties, such as the system with good flexibility andinteroperability. The SOA based On-line tax declaration system can integrate theexisting TAX application systems, and construct a Universal Platform for taxdeclaration. The tax bureaus can develop new business flexible and fast, and offerbetter service for taxpayer.First, the business requirements of on-line tax declaration were studied in thispaper. Secondly, the framework of On-line tax declaration system is proposed, thesystem is segmented into two modules which are client-side and server-side. Thirdly Inthe server-side, a SOA based system model was proposed. Some basic Services wereextracted such as declared data verify service, query service, tax returns fill service,and so on. A tax business can be implemented by using one of these basic servicesdirectly, or by Service Choreography with there services. Finally, a declared data verifyweb service instance was implemented and tested. Also a tax declaration business waschoreographed by some services.
