| To meet the requirements of Aerospace Computer’s high precision, highreliability, localization, small size and the practical, one platform controlcomputer system based on SiP(System in Package) is designed in this paper.According to the characteristics, performance indicators and applicationrequirements of platform control computer system, this paper brings forward asystem structure based on CPU and FPGA firstly. In this scheme, a high abilityCPU act as its navigation algorithm processor and a Field Programmable GateArray (FPGA) act as its signal controller, at the same time completeinformation collection and part of some logic functions, and then complete thelogic design of the handware system. Secondly, propose the SiP packagingtechnology base on LTCC, IC assembly and mature metal shell of HIC. Thisform of integrated SiP computer module. Finally, the platform controlcomputer system is d ebugged and tested in two forms: chip-level ansystem-level. The system is tested in detail by establishing the test systemcombined with software and hardware. Also investigate the self-test andboundary scan technology for Design For Test Computer.The debugging and testing prove that this system achieve the aim of design,meet the technical requirements, it is a platform control computer system baseon SiP with small bulk, low dissipation and high ability. Also the research ofthe system laid a solid foundation for further study and development. |
