Research And Application Of Several Key Technologies In Web Report Development

Report System is an important component of the Enterprise Information System.With the development of the Web-based Enterprise Information System, the methods ofreport generation are constantly changing. So how to achieve a flexible and efficientWeb-based Report System is an important issue in software applications.According to the actual requirements of reports in a call center, several web-basedreport technologies and some report tools are researched, appropriate solutions ofweb-based report is adopted and user-oriented customized report is achieved in thispaper. First, the business logic, the data presentation and the control logic of the ReportSystem are separated by using the design pattern of MVC. Then stored procedure as thedata source of reports separates the statistics of the business data from applications,which makes users custom the format and the data source of reports under the premiseof not modifying the application. Report System is improved in flexibility, reusabilityand scalability at last. Second, based on the realization of customized reports for usersand using some optimization technologies of database, the Web-base Report System isoptimized and the efficiency of the reports for mass data is improved in this paper,which ultimately makes users have good experience.In this paper, several key technologies in the development of Web-base Reportwere researched and user-oriented customized reports were achieved, which improvedthe flexibility and performance of the system. Now, the system has been used in theEnterprise Information System and achieved an expecting result.
