There are a large number of data involved in the mine production. Most of the data is three-dimensional, it will be difficult to understand the complex spatial and temporal data, especially between different data sets the relationship through traditional two dimensional image tool. Changing the data to the visual models by virtual reality technology, we can observe and understand the data faster and find potential safety hazard easier. Virtual reality technology integrated digital mine and stress field analysis will be the trend to predict and evaluate ground pressure disaster.Combining the practice of Shirengou iron mine and virtual reality technology, the article builds a set of virtual mining system. The system not only incudes data parts such as formation, ore body, drift and mining stope, but also realizes the functions of virtual roaming, database information inquiry and interactive control.Based on the virtual mine system,3d mechanical model is establish to analysis stress field. Combined the microseism data and stress field, the article puts forward rock safety factor calculation formulaAiming at the existing defaults of present domestic virtual mining technology, the article makes the secondary development to the virtual reality software to integrate microseismic monitoring data, finite element analysis of stress field, damage data, and evaluates stability of surrounding rock and locate risk region by analyzing the three-dimensional data that broadens the application areas of virtual reality and Improves the practicability.
