Micro-Blog is the new media in the form of a network of technical support, based onthe characteristics of its transmission, the masses has more opportunity to expressself-concept, and it is even more prone to change the subject, what comes nextis to establish the virtualized immediacy public sphere. At present, the research onpublic sphere in Micro-Blog is mainly concentrated in discussing on Micro-Blog ishow to achieve the transformation of public sphere, focusing on showing that publicsphere is how to improve the discourse right of masses, reflecting its tremendousrole in the politics, economic, and social life. But the research is too much emphasison the superiority of public sphere in Micro-Blog, it is idealistic and ignored thevarious problems in the process of actual operation. This paper in-depth discusses thereality problems accompanied by public sphere in Micro-Blog on the basis ofaffirmed its importance, focusing on the characteristics of public sphere inMicro-Blog to realize its significance in communication academic and social life, atthe same time, thinking of related issues objectively in order to get rid ofthe utopian fantasy of public sphere in Micro-Blog, and seeking the means andmeasures to guide and regulate.This paper discusses the virtualized public sphere in media environment on thetheoretical basis of Hannah Arendt and Habermas’ research about public sphere. Firstof all, according to theory to define the concept of public sphere, discusses thecharacteristics and type of public sphere in Micro-Blog. Then, in-depth study of issueabout this virtualized sphere based on the network media, and to explore theregulatory measures. Aimed at in-depth understanding of the important influence ofpublic sphere in Micro-Blog for the masses and social life, guide and regulate publicsphere in Micro-Blog correctly based on solving its corresponding problem tostrive to reflect the social reality and have a positive impact on social life.
