As a descriptive study, this study examined news-making of micro-blog in China, which is leaded by the audience and challenged the professional news-making. According to the view of media sociology and construction theory, this study made a comparison of the personal practice, organization regulations and authority system between the professional and the unprofessional news-making.This research took micro-blog of Sina as a case study during2010to2011, trying to depict how users reporting, transmitting and commenting through it, in order to check out the characters of the unprofessional news-making. This new network technique provides the masses a new channel to express themselves. Taken the case-study comparative as methodology, the paper emphasized how micro-blog exceeds the frame and makes sense to the democracy in our country. This discussion part interpreted the affect on the professional news-making by the micro-blog’s, which makes the unprofessional news production out of control and has a chance to push forward the process of democracy.
