The Research And Implement Of Weibo Call Center

In view of weibo media is popular, more and more users make use of weibo for social interaction, it is necessary to integrate weibo in call center. Most customers of call center are government units and enterprises, these units provide business services through call center system, carrying a large number of customers, guiding the customer’s life and work of entertainment by weibo application. Weibo can be integrated in the call center platform to support weibo access to improve their customer relationship.This paper aims at research and implementation of traditional call center call center based on weibo.Firstly, it briefly introduced the key features of the mainstream, weibo system used in the weibo open platform, system implementation, weibo management and weibo message, as well as other new media technology, and then a plurality of weibo open platform of a abstract unified design thought based on the http protocol is also introduced, including the weibo gateway based on OAuth2protocol, weibo automatic login weibo account, weibo management, weibo outbox and other key functionsIt focus on a variety of weibo different technical standards and system of the open platform realizing different platform support, a clear division of the various modules in the system, describing the overall system architecture and design, realizing the function of each sub module and the integration and optimization. It also gives a detailed description of the system in the automatic login account, weibo sending, receiving, pictures and other multimedia.In the latter part of this paper, it gives the whole system using access based on the unified gateway, performs the function test and pressure test of the whole system, and analyses the experiment data.This paper conclude the experience in the development of this system and look forward to the next develop step.
