Customer relationship management is to provide comprehensive management perspective, from multiple perspectives analysis of customer resources and customer service and marketing as the basis for improving the efficiency of the marketing, and simplify the process and management, marketing and service for decision-making and provide technical support and provide reference basis, thereby more rapidly and considerate service to attract and keep more customers, and through the comprehensive management of business process, reduce the cost of ENTERPRISE business relations with customers and corporate earnings, which adapt to optimize business development needs.For the current problems of CRM, such as:1) emphasis on business process functionality, lack of support functions for the customer’s decision-making;2) the lack of deep analysis of customer data;3) integration with the other databases in the ENTERPRISE information system is not enough. According to the advancement of customer relationship management system at home and abroad, we present the dsign and implementation of one kind of CRM. This system is developed in the JAVA EE platform, and the analysis of customer relationship management system of basic data in mainstream database (such as Orcale). In the analysis tools support system, the B/S structure and integrated display data management, in small and medium-sized WEB server can run, the system will also export standard data, as a result of the data to support the follow-up service system.
