As the increasing demand of internet, the dramatic growth in the number of users and the continuous rising requirment of bandwidh. The existing network can not satisfy increasingly developing network services. Thus there are strong motivation to establish a structurally stable, high quality, safe and reliable IP broadband metropolitan area network by expansion and optimization, which is capable of powerfull processing and expansion, providing customer a simple, fast and high speed accessible network services and keeping CTT steadily develop in the fierce competition.This paper aim at analysis and reform the original structure of CTT network, summarize the existing issues, optimize user traffic、flows, in order to meet the potential needs of broadband services. This study begin with a thoroughly research about CTT network, according to detailed topology planning about the network structure reform to arrange network logically and standardise network structure. Secondly, we investigate how to arrange dynamic routing protocol in IP man, analysis a variety of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF and deploy different routing protocols depend on the network structure of IP man. Then, after analyzing the internet traffic high cost issue, we propose a optimal solution for IP metropolitan area network traffic and flow, act and adjust according to the actual situation of CTT network. Finally, we discuss new emerging internet business applications in CTT.After few years maintaining CTT network in our daily work, we accumulate extensive construction and maintenace experience, acquire comprehensive understanding about development history and actuality of CTT, refer to recent CTT network construction data. We discuss in detail about how to implement CTT network reform, how to solve the key problem. Base on the research of network structure changes and market demands, we propose a secure, feasible network structure design method. The technique and method of implementing hardware and software will be summarized, the reformed network will be tested. After all, we will summarize this study and look forward to further development.
