| In2005, the national tax system was formally launched. This State Tax collection and management business system, for short, CTAIS, materialized the computer centralized management of taxpayer information. The current situation lacks of an independent, professional tax audit case management system, especially a professional tax inspectors’case management system. Through this system, it will be achievable to compare and analyses the tax indicators. And the anomalies in these data become doubtful point, so as to be further formalized as the source of the audit case. The operating of the Ctais will free the tax staff from the manual handling of complicated procession and greatly improve the efficiency of case selection. In conclusion, the National Tax Inspection Bureau of case selection system has a very important practical significance.This paper, on the basis of existing workflow and information of Xinjiang IRS, combined with the actual needs of the Audit Bureau, will completely exam the whole processes from requirements to method. This system includes functional models for audit case selection, audit implementation, trial, execution, file management, query statistics, and system management. Non-functional requirements such as expansibility, usability, security which should be contained in the system are also well considered. The system is of J2EE structure, with a back-end database of SQL SERVER, compiled in JSP language.Check management system has been implemented and used to normal operation, the system performance has reached the design requirements, this paper realizes the multidimensional data collection and information analysis function, have been able to diabetes mellitus a high efficiency high quality to provide audit information, achieve the original intention of the system design. |
