The wireless communication has been widely applied, in which the OFDM is an important technology, the OFDM technology has been widely used to meet high-speed information transmission, thus, supporting the development of the wireless communication. The main OFDM technology consists of the wireless channel estimation and channel coding, which can largely improve the system performance, such as system capacity, error performance.In this paper, we first introduce the the OFDM system structure and the Turbo code principle. In addition, we introduce the interleaver used in Turbo code, discuss the coding and decoding process about Turbo code, and analyze the interleaver realizing method under the LTE system, secondly we introduce the pilot channel estimation methods in OFDM system, including, block-insertion distribution and comb pilot distribution, we apply four estimation methods by adaptive filter, the LS algorithm, MMSE algorithm, LMMSE algorithm, and reduced rank LMMSE algorithm. The simulation analysis are given to compare the pros and cons of each algorithm. Finally, we improve the Turbo code coding and decoding algorithm by Max-Log-MAP rule, so that it is more suitable for hardware implementation. We adopt the parallel decoding structure to computer the soft information, through the simulation, we obtain the desired results.
