The Study On The Key Technology Of Balanced-50A Power Constant Current Source

This article used high-precision reference voltage source, and based on the addersampling current series negative feedback method to design a constant current source,used the low sensitivity of the power amplifier tube redundant parallel method toimprove the reliability and stability of the system, and impact of power amplifier tubepower equalization factor system analysis, the final completion of the prototypeassembly. The paper developed "balanced-50A power constant current source system"has a higher stability. By the method of the power transistor in parallel, to achieve thebalance of power, and improve the stability of the constant current source system.When outputs the12A current the short-term stability achieves91ppm, the secularstability achieves408ppm, when outputs the50A electric current the short-termstability is406ppm, the secular stability is746ppm.In the development process of "balanced-50A power constant current source",with the rigorous scientific attitude, realistic and innovative spirit, do some innovative work.First, the design of the constant current source system, through the method of thepower transistor in parallel output large current and power. This design can output50A continuously adjustable constant current, maximum output power of385W.Second, this article uses separately gives the control circuit and the power triodepower supply method, which meet the requirements of the control circuit for thelarger voltage, also reduced transistor voltage drop between the collector and emitter,which reduces the power transistor on power consumption, increases the stability ofthe system.Third, this paper based on the op-amp adder principle method for sampling,further reducing the influence of the temperature rise of the sampling resistance tooutput current stability, improve the stability of the output current.
