During the last decade, the development of supercontinum sources have emerged as an interesting and active research field. This renewed research has created a variety of new light sources which are finding applications in a diverse range of fields, including optical coherence tomography, frequency metrology, fluorescence lifetime imaging, optical communications, gas sensing and many others. This paper, aiming at supercontinuum laser sources, took advantage of "figure of eight" passively mode-locked fiber laser, the MOPA technology and some nonlinear effects.First, based on "figure of eight" passively mode-locked fiber laser with Yb-doped fiber as gain media, and sigle-mode fiber as dispersion fiber, we got the stable output based on XPM with the repetition of2.78MHz.and980ps on the condition of60m single mode fiber.Then, used MOPA to amplify the seed laser twice. To get higher energy pulse safely, we take advantage of AOM to lower the repetition of the laser to93kHz. Here, the twice amplifications used the same pump source, whose amplification efficiency were59.9%and68.1%, respectively. Based on the twice amplifications, we got the pulse train whose peak power was more than25kW.At last, we took advantage of the high peak power laser generated before to generate the supercontinuum sources. Used the laser to pump the20m Hi1060fiber and3m Bi-doped single mode fiber with the same core of4.5um. Then we got the supercontinuum from1100nm to2200nm, and the flatness was lower than3dB from1300nm to2100nm. And analyse the output power and the flatness with the pump power.
