The basic task of measurement system is to obtain real-time, reliable, and accurate flyinginformation of air vehicles such as guided missile,rocket and so on(The flying informationincludes working status and environment parameters). The air vehicles need control andmeasure parameters of all kinds of interfaces of device simulation measurement system in theprocess of development and testing, which plays a crucial role for the design of eachsubsystem such as guided missile,rocket and so on and performance improvement of thewhole system. The paper combines research status at home and abroad and development trendof equivalent device and devotes to study and realize external system equivalent device whichis used for measuring system to generate variety of signals to check itself.The paper combines with the practical application and task requirements and proposesthe overall design scheme of measuring system external system equivalent device under thesupport of the project-some type measuring system external system equivalent device. Thesystem uses modular and standardized design ideas. Function is divided into analog module,switch module, digital module. The analog module can generate46straight analog flowsignal,2-way Inertial Measurement Unit run signal,3-way sinusoidal AC signal. The switchmodule can generate191-way time command signal. The digital module can generate7-waydata of specific frame structure RS485asynchronous serial communication data,4-way dataspecific frame structure RS422asynchronous serial communication data,31-way frequencyand number of pulses which can be adjusted for analog pulse signal. The equivalent deviceoperates in order under the unitize coordination and control of PC. The PC communicateswith equivalent device through Ethernet bus interface.The paper combines each index requirement of task document and utilizes the UDPprotocol transfer mode of Ethernet interface which realizes the network communicationbetween PC and hardware. In addition, the paper conducts detailed analysis and discussion tothe system software and hardware scheme design and specific implementation principle ofeach function module and combines the feasibility and reliability of project design of actualtest results verification. Finally, this paper conducts summary and outlook to the whole designprocess.
