With the continuous development of information technology, it has been graduallyfrom the digital era gradually to the intelligent age. As one of the most representativeemerging technologies in this era, the Internet of things is changing our life at anunprecedented speed. Currently, the Internet of things has been officially classified as oneof the five largest national emerging development strategic industries, and the developmentroute is from the safe city to the digital city, then eventually to the perception China. As animportant part of the safe city, the medical and health field is heading to the intelligent era.As the important carrier of the urban residents’ health, hospital is not only a relativelyconcentrated area of various types of patients with susceptible populations, but also animportant place which easily lead to cross-infection. Whether the hospital environment isgood or not, it is directly related to the rate of nosocomial infection. Therefore,constructing a hospital environment intelligent monitoring system based on the Internet ofThings technology is imperative.The core part of the hospital environment intelligent monitoring system is theenvironmental data transmission and storage methods. In this paper, the design concepts oncurrent supervisory control and data acquisition system are combined with J2EEtechnology framework. In the real-time transmission part of the hospital environmentinformation, the wired and wireless transmission technology are used. The cachetechnology is used to process the collecting environmental information in the server, and toprovide data assembly for different clients. Data storage model is structured by combiningthe temporary database and history database, and storing procedure uses JDBCoptimization strategy. Eventually the environment real-time monitoring and alarming inthe PC client and Android client is realized.This paper monitors the hospital environment through real-time transmission storage,display and analysis of the hospital environment data, and ultimately realized the hospitalenvironment intellisense. The success of the project application will play an important significance role in ensuring medical effect, ensuring the health of doctors and patients,preventing the nosocomial infection, maintaining the performance of diagnosis andtreatment equipment and so on.
