With the development of the information technology, electrical technology and largescale integrated technology, measuring instruments are developed towards intelligent,digital, miniaturization and remote control. Atmospheric pressure gauge has been widelyused in the field of life and production. The digital pressure gauge based on wirelesstransmission is according with the development of measuring instrumentThe whole structure and components of wireless transmission digital pressure gaugeare assured for improving the measurement accuracy. The system includes the controlmodule and the measuring module. The main circuits are consisted of wirelesstransmission port,1602LCD monitor, data storage, key interruption circuit, voltage circuit,temperature sensor and humidity sensor measurement circuit. CC1100Wirelesstransmitting chip controlled by ATmega128MCU through SPI bus is applied for wirelesstransmit, The pressure sensor output is amplified with amplifier circuit and sampled byA/D port of ATmega128. The temperature is attained from sensor18B20throughcontrolling bus. Humidity is attained from humidity sensor by TWI bus. The bus iscontrolled by ATmega128. These data are transformed to the controlling module, and theyare displayed on1602LCD after compensation. Anti-interference measures and goodcomponents are applied to suppress the power interference in the printed circuit board. Anddigital filter and watchdog programs are applied in the software.The signal sampling, signal transmission and signal processing technology are adoptedin this system. The pressure, temperature and humidity in the atmosphere are monitoredwith micro controller, and the designed scheme is feasible. After software and hardwareare measured, the digital pressure gauge based on wireless transmission has goodperformance.
