| A passive wireless pressure sensor is needed by many fields. This paper based on the research of the basic theory of surface acoustic wave(SAW),modeling of surface acoustic wave and fabrication of surface acoustic wave, designed a passive wireless sensor which can detect pressure and temperature.This paper add Radio frequency identification(RFID) into this sensor. After comparing several coding method on SAW sensor, orthogonal frequency coding(OFC) design is used for its anti-interference ability, high processing gain and no affecting on SAW transmission.Moreover, this paper discussed the main theory and algorithm of SAW simulation, and wrote a program to simulate SAW device based on these theories. Both simulated and measured result is given in this paper.After analyzing the current mainstream pressure detection scheme, this paper present a new temperature compensation design. Also a test result of SAW pressure sensor with RFID and temperature compensation is given in this paper. |
