In the recent three years, the data center of the local tax betweent the Guizhou province and city has have the rapid development.The data centralization has been already achieved from the local taxation of the country to the local taxation of the city. Meanwhile the data centers of each municipal local tax follow their own needs to develop appropriate software.which is convenient to serve the tax department. It has the advanced level in the same domestic industry and achieves efficient, sustainable, stable and24x7hours operation uninterruptedly. With the rapid development of the data center of the local tax of Guizhou, it relates to its tax business, higher tax department depth use of the data and policies that play a huge role. I also had the honor to involve in this project. It’s at the implementation stage of golden-tax project iii, Golden-tax project III is one of the most important e-government projects which attracts large-scale investment, contains a number of projects, lasts for a long time, and affects a wide range of fields. Construction of the contents referred to a platform, two treatment, three covers, and the four systems. In order to strengthen intensity of the data of the local tax of system to focus on STA, further improve the tax of monitoring Sources system.capabilities of analysis, and constantly deepen the information manage the tax to work(tax letter [2010]235), recently, SAT decides to start to centralize the local tax of provincial of the data to SAT that is the tasks of implementation.Therefore, it is necessary to centralize district municipal local taxation to tax of provincial in the current task.This paper analyzes the data center problems of the local tax of Guizhou nine cities and introduces the Oracle key technologies detailedly. Combine with the detailed condition of nine cities of Guizhou province to put forward to the related technology, and reference to nine cities in Guizhou Province local tax data center to build success stories, data center planning a provincial bureau optional programs.At the same time, with the current domestic and international popular database synchronization technology, it is recommended for Guizhou nine cities local taxation to the provincial bureau data center and the provincial bureau data center synchronization and data warehouse technology.
