With the reform of the college graduates employment system and the rapid expansion of higher education,the rapid increase in number of college graduates, the higher education policy makers want to know the relationships between the the structure of academic disciplines,basic school conditions and graduates employment to determine whether higher education meets the needs of society, so as to improve the quality of higher education and graduates employment. This paper studies employment data of college graduates,apply data mining technology on employment data analysis,hoping to find out useful rules from massive accumulated historical employment data.This paper first analyzes the data mining and data warehouse, discusses the relationshps between the two. Secend,the paper researches the association rules, analyzes the flaws of the Apriori algorithm,and propose an improved model of association rule mining, that is to make the database be sacned only once by introducing the distinguish Matrices to improve efficiency. and furthermore, argue the effectiveness of the improved algorithm. Then, by means of J2EE and SQL Server platforms, the paper designs the university employment management information system in detail, includes requirements analysis, architecture, function modules, database and security, and applys the improved algorithm to the university employment management information system, researches the process of the realization of the data association rules mining and the final realization of the rule generation, to help the university employment managers and unniversity leaders to get more valuable knowledge and information, and to achieve the better manage and improve employment rate.
