The rapid development of multimedia and network technology makeeducation developed rapidly. Authoring tools are being developed.Currently Authoring Tool focus in the learning resource’s describe andpackaging, while ignoring the learning process and learning activities inthe design and reuse. Excellent learning design and teaching methodscannot be effective re-use.To address this issue, learning design should be independent of thelearning content, through the design of learning process and learningactivities to achieve the sharing of teaching strategies. Becausecomplexities of the model learning design, so it is used to the developmentand design of complex E-learning system. This paper discusses thelearning path based on theory and based on the ARTC (activities, roles,process, capacity) of the learning path model, the path through thelearning activities to design or organize the elements of teaching resourcesand learning path can be encapsulated package This model not only can realize the sharing of resources sharing and reuse of teaching strategies,making efficient use of resources. Thesis, the results are as follows:(1) Proposed the learning path model based on ARTC. Analysis of theelements of the learning path and control strategy, proposed activities setby the learning path A, the user role set R, the control unit sets T, and theability to set C of four parts. Active set A is said that a collection oflearning activities; user role set R is involved in this study the user’s roleset; control unit A set of T is to control the activities of the control unit set;Capability set C is required for access to the front of each learning activityand by following the ability to access learning activities and follow-upcapacity of the collection. Through learning path the organized learningactivities, learning activities organize learning materials. this model caninteract with the collaboration of the teaching function, but also thesharing of resources, especially in the sharing and reuse of teachingstrategies.(2) Implementation model based on ARTC learning path authoringtool of learning materials. Design for reuse and sharing of learning needs, learning by using XML path model for the description of ARTC, designand development of models based on ARTC learning resources learningpath authoring tool, designed for teachers, teaching strategies based on thelearning path design tool to provide teaching. The tool used by a softwareengineering training platform project for vocational education.The results of this study prompted to reflect on the design concept,looking closer to teaching, to teachers, learners, resources and theformation of effective interaction between the learning environments, andcan share the design of intelligent solutions. This design can be applied todesign learning activities and teaching strategies related systems, has acertain value.
