With the rapid development of information technology, it has a widespread application in the field of education. E-learning and virtual communities' combination give birth to Virtual Learning Community, which provides learners an inter-temporal and spatial environment to exchange ideas. Through the collaboration study between members of the community and resource sharing, the co-construction of community information resources promotes the exchange of knowledge and information. It has become an important means for distance education in the Internet times. However, in the current circumstances of Virtual Learning Communities a relative shortage of resources ,that is, valuing the construction process of building a platform thus despising resources building, seriously affect the Virtual Learning Community to better play its due role in Distance Education. This topic of this paper is to deal with the lack of learning resources automatically generate mechanisms in virtual learning communities, to overcome the manually submitting of recourses by the community manager or learners. So that resources can be updated to meet the growing needs of learners. However, at the same time the existence of massive information spurious in the network, non-art distributed, or hard to retrieve, learners can not access for their need of progressive learning. In order to Efficiently use of network resources and promote the building of Virtual Learning Communities, the author studied the basis of the cognitive flexibility theory, with the combination of Web information extraction technology, and designed and realized a Virtual Learning Community Learning Resource auto-generating system, promoted the building of virtual communities application in a practical significance.
