As national security system, social security has an important influence on themaintenance of social stability, development of social economy and security people’slives. With the development of China’s socialist market economy, the deepening ofeconomic reform and increase structural adjustment efforts, establish a new labor andsocial security system is a major strategic decision to the Central Committee of CPCand the State Council to promote the social security system reform, establishment andimprovement of multi-level social security system, is the important work of thegovernment at the present stage. In order to promote social stability and economicdevelopment and improving living standards, Labor and Social Security Bureaudecided to use the current advanced database technology, computer and networktechnology, use the mainstream architecture to build “social insurance managementinformation system” which coverage of whole city’s social insurance. That is, the"five insurance in one" management system to achieve centralized management ofsocial insurance which social insurance information resource, network transmission,computerized management and scientific decision-making.This thesis is based on the work of participate in social insurance managementinformation system development in Powerise Technology Co., Ltd. The main focus onthe research for social insurance management information system, and highlight themethod-base technology of design and application in social insurance managementinformation.In the first, the business of social insurance management information system isthe core. On this basis, the thesis expounds the social insurance managementinformation system objectives, system design analysis, key technology and itscharacteristics. Then make a detailed description of social insurance managementinformation system from two aspects: How to achieve the method-base in this system;System decision module which provided by method-base and data mining technology.In order to effectively adapt to proposed policy changes in the social security systemand a large amount of calculation, we must implement method-base technology. Firstof all, introducing the idea of database Method-base technology: Method-base systemcan be divided into three levels: basic level, matching level and application level. Themethod provided on basic level is called element method. It constitutes the basis of method-base set. Based on this, establish parameters and database in the database,then manage the parameters and calculate method by an algorithm schedulingmanager component. By this way to meet the several need of calculation method.Therefore, the calculated parameters placed in a parameter database which classify bytype of insurance and calculation. The same way, variety of calculation methods willbe placed in Method-base. If you want to calculate, the computation request sent tothe algorithm scheduler, the scheduler organized by the calculation of relatedparameters and algorithms, we can calculate the required results. As a result ofcalculated parameters and calculation method is independent of the maintenance andmanagement, therefore, change the contents of the parameters library and algorithmlibrary will not affect the operation of software systems. In this way to adapt toproposed policy changes in the social security system and a large amount ofcalculationDetailed analysis throughout the thesis can be seen, through implementation ofmethod-base technology, the Social Insurance Management Information System betterto meet the government and people for the needs of the social security system, it madedue contribution to China’s social security industry. Also indicate the method-base,data mining critically in the social insurance management information system.
