Design And Realization Of Social Insurance Management Information System

Social Insurance Management Information System(SI-MIS) is a necessary measure for the effective management of social insurance transaction .Along with the improvement of social insurance regulation and the booming development of social insurance transaction, computerized social insurance management become of great importance increasingly. So far, in this field there do exist some management systems, but they are all developed based on the requirement of the day. To many aspects of SI-MIS, such as Transaction Regulation, Operation Standard, System Information Security and Database Storage, it is impossible for these systems to meet the further development requirement of SI-MIS.Based on deep going analyzing of Current SI-MIS operation flow, this Paper presents researching issues on the System Structure, System Architecture, Functional Design, Network Structure and Database Design of SI-MIS, sumarizes the characteristics of social insurance transaction,abstracts the transaction model of Social Insurance, and puts forward the feasible blue print of Network Design, Database Design and Software Design according to this model.Based on the research mentioned above and current SI-MIS developing status, NJSI-MIS system has been redesign and realized .This Paper gives the detail description of SI-MIS requirement and Network Design , analyses and discusses the scheme of Data System. And then, this paper discusses the realization and the key technology of the Social Insurance Fee Levy Information Subsystem .At last, this paper also points out the problems in the construction of SI-MIS and gives the ideas to solve these problems.
