Research On The Design And Realization Of VPN-Based Campus Mobile OA

Along with the boost of Society Informalization, the demand for Campus OA hasbeen greatly increased. Complex administrative affairs are still being performed inthe traditional way despite numbers of schools own their websites presently. By theapplication of OA technology, complex, onerous and repetitive works can be automated,streamlined as well as digitalized, making the restricted materials or relatedresources being received, transferred, reviewed and shared safely. Centered on thephilosophy of "Paperless Office" and “Cooperative Office” E-government, Campus OAwill also make it possible to the realization of a digitalized campus as well as theimprovement of working efficiency and quality of the administrative personnel. TheOA can help workers who are from branch offices or frequently on business trips toquery information and handle businesses more efficiently as they have the access tothe campus system in a secure and economic way.In this paper, author has researched on design and implementation of campus mobileOA according to Changzhou Textile Garment Institute administration characteristicsand development needs.The work is reflected in the design of OA system of ChangzhouTextile Garment Institute and the use of VPN technology to realize mobile office.
