A photoelectric tracking control system consists of photoelectric detection, signal processing, servo control system and mechanical structure. The photoelectric tracking control system has played an important role in the field of target tracking. Optical tracking control system requires strong track stability, better accuracy, fast tracking performance and the ability of adaptive immunity in the external environment interference. In the design of optical tracking control system, the performance of fast, flexible and high precision servo control system is essential. This article is focused on single-axis servo control system and takes it as the object of research. The uniaxial stable servo tracking control system is chosen as the object of the study and the fractional calculus control method is introduced. The hardware design and soft design of the optical tracking servo control algorithm are designed respectively. The main content of this paper is as follows:(1)The development of fractional calculus and principle is analyzed and appropriate research has been done for the fractional order controller. The fractional order PID controller parameters are analyzed in detail in MATLAB and the simulation results show the influences of the dynamic performance of the fractional order parameters.(2) The overall scheme of the system is designed, meanwhile the function of the control system and the control method of research servo control system are achieved. A single-axis servo control is chosen as the research object and the three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor is selected as executing agency. Meanwhile the space voltage vector control strategy is analyzed and the digital signal controller controls the whole system.(3) The study of the parameters tuning method is done based on the analysis of fractional order PID controller. Then a typical servo control system is applied in the study of fractional order controller parameters tuning. As the parameters tuning method of the fractional order control is more complex than the integer control. an improved particle swarm optimization method for fractional order PID controller is proposed to turn the parameters of the fractional order PID controllers. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the improved algorithm.(4)The digital signal processor, the intelligent power module circuit and the detection module are designed in the design of hardware respectively. In the design of Software, the main program and subprogram is included for the servo control system. Finally the software portion of the servo control system has been designed in CCS4.1 programming environment,The design of the photoelectric tracking servo control system and the theory analysis of the fractional order algorithm are accomplished in this paper. The simulation of the fractional order PID control algorithm is achieved. The hardware and software experimental platform of the control system are built. The results show the effectiveness of the method and have some practical value.
