In recent years, with the information level, the tobacco sector are building a business office information systems, enhance the enterprise’s core competitiveness and efficiency. With the advance of information technology, in order to change the bottlenecks experienced in business development, promoting information technology industry, dig the tobacco industry and tobacco retailers of tobacco bureau’s needs. Conventional mobile communication network can not meet a certain extent, the tobacco industry and information technology. And3G as the wireless communications and the Internet and other multimedia communications with a new generation of mobile communications systems, can adequately address the above shortcomings, the tobacco industry to create more high-quality applications. Therefore, under the impetus of3G, tobacco use and e-pass to achieve the tobacco industry has important practical value.Paper set out tobacco in the study of the traditional model based on the design in the context of3G mobile phone system set smoke-tobacco e-pass. First, the customer’s needs and difficulties faced by the tobacco industry, tobacco e-pass architecture of the solution ideas. Secondly, the analysis of customer needs, based on the research function of the phone system, combined with open source technology at this stage, the linux system, xml technology combined with the phone system to achieve set the phone side of the tobacco smoke function. Through the project’s build, use the3G network environment, the mobile phone set on the smoke, to meet the twin demands of business, thus completing the tobacco industry’s growth in business volume and information technology.
